  • How does Treasured Gardens Organics operate?
    Treasured Gardens Organics is an online shop, offering certified organic, plant based dry goods. Orders are placed during the ordering time frame (more on this here) and then orders are placed with our suppliers. Other than a few exceptions, we do not carry stock. Many of the products are required to be bought in multiple quantities. This allows us to offer a large range of products and keep prices low.
  • How do I find my way around the website?
    The website has menus at the top and to the left side. Products are kept in categories to make your shopping experience easier. Some products will be listed under their brand name while others will be listed as a product, eg. maple syrup, and there maybe different brands to choose from within the listed product. If you are looking for a particular product, we recommend you use the search bar to discover all available products specific to your search.
  • How do I place an order?
    Only members are able to place orders so be sure to sign up. Orders can be placed once the shop opens, which is 9am on the second Thursday of every month and closes at 9pm on the Sunday. See the announcement on the home page for the next opening date.
  • I've placed my order and forgot something. Can I add it now?
    Yes you can. While the shop is open any number of orders can be placed however they will be separate orders.
  • Can I order when the shop is closed?
    The majority of products can only be ordered when the shop is open once a month. We do however, keep a small number of select products in stock which can be purchased anytime and a pick up time will be arranged once the order has been processed. **If you would like to purchase any of these items kept in stock, you will need to contact us for a password to access the shopping cart.
  • Why is there only the option of minimum buys on many products?
    As an online shop, we carry minimal stock and have to order in the quantities set by our suppliers. You benefit from being able to stock up on products in your monthly order. Do check Shop Open for items that we carry as the product maybe in the shop where you only need buy one.
  • Why are some products labelled Special Order?
    Special Order products are products we are sourcing outside of Western Australia and therefore may take longer than a week to arrive. Orders for these products are still placed during the monthly order time but may have to be collected 2 or even 3 weeks later. We will continue to monitor how this section works and find better, more efficient ways to bring these organic and/or eco friendly products to you.
  • What payment options are there?
    We offer credit card payment though Stripe which is a secure payment gateway. You also have the option of bank transfer but a receipt of payment must be emailed to us by close of orders Sunday night to secure your order. * Orders placed for the 'Shop Open' products that are kept in stock, can be paid with cash on pick up.
  • Can I have my order delivered?
    Orders are pick up only and are to be picked up from Treasured Gardens, Coondle. You will receive an email with pick up details, once your order is ready to be picked up.
  • When will I be able to collect my order?
    Orders will be ready the weekend after ordering. You will be notified by email the address and time your order is ready for pick up.
  • What if you don't have a product I'm after?
    First, do a search for the product as it may come up under a brand name or a category name. If you can't find something you'd like in the shop, send us an email and we'll do our best to source it for you.
